My EQX FICO score dropped 37 points. It says that I have no loan activity. When I went to EQX Website directly it says 740 and evrything is up to date. Experian also reported that my score dropped 37 points and that my Auto/Student Loans is reported as "Closed" but I'm still very much paying for them both. I'm not sure whats going on but but is anyone else having this problem? Is FICO EQX not reporting Auto and Student Loans anymore?
@Anonymous Glitch in the matrix? Some other members have posted issues too with EQ. Not sure on your Experian.
Sorry OP! EQ seems to be suffering some sort of system glitch. Multiple reports of similar alerts. I'd wait a bit and see if resolves itself. I'm sure it's easier said than done.
Are you using MYFICO as your CMS. A couple others said they were. I'm wondering if MF is the one suffering glitch.

Good point. I was thinking the same thing too.
That may be it. EQUFAX webiste says evrything is fine and up to date. Evrything is being reported! my score if 740. Seems like MF is the one with the issue. That makes me feel a bit better.
Note that EQ's score from their website is some proprietary score - not a true FICO.
My EQ says no open installment loans, so I dont believe its a My Fico issue.

From another post later yesterday. MyFICO stated to a subscriber. Equifax encountered issues with August batch runs. They're working on getting it corrected.

i would pull your CRs for free from annual credit report (no scores, but the reporting is what is important here, and free to pull weekly through 4/2021) and see what is being reported (open or closed). They are the most comprehensive CRs around.
Good luck!
