Equifax Reporting Question

I ask this in the BK Section but no answers and that section seems to get a lot less attention, so thought I'd ask here as I wasn't really sure where to ask it anyway.

Equifax Bankruptcy Reporting Question

Asking this for my older neighbor because I don't have a clue. Was outside last night and he walked over to the fence and ask if I knew anything about credit and BK. I said yeah a little lol. Anyway he actually ask a question I couldn't answer but I told him I knew where to ask to get the answer and would let him know tonight. He said that he had a Chapter 13 BK that would be 7 years old in June. He said that it had already been removed from his TU file back in December (by them w/o asking) and sometime recently by EXP (they dropped it as well). I told him I had read that sometimes the CRA's, esp TU and EXP dropped them 60-90 days before the 7 year mark and that must be the case with him. He then said that via Credit Karma (I told him to stop using them lol) that the BK (was not showing on TU) was still showing on his EQ report through them. Said their newest reporting/pull was dated yesterday. But he said when his wife did a full blown EQ pull yesterday from the Free Annual Credit Report site that the BK is gone/not listed on that. His question was is it gone off EQ too like it shows or is it still there like CK shows and why if it's gone is it still showing on CK as a new pulled from EQ  dated yesterday. Thanks in advance folks!

If the full EQ report from ACR shows its gone then its gone. CK can be behind on pulling new info or it could have even been canned between the two pull times.

Re: Equifax Reporting Question

CK is always a little behind.
Had 3 cards report on the 2nd and on the 3rd. Just showed up on CK today (the 6th).

So 3 days late just updating credit card reports. I can only imagine how late they are at updating BK info and other bigger things (compared to a credit card report).
