Equifax credit report is empty???

My last valid credit report from Equifiax was in March 2024.   One was generated on September 2024, but it seems to have no data.  It does list some credit accounts but they all have 0% utilization, which is not accurate.   A couple of things...

1) No report has been generated since March 2024, only the September 2024 one

2) Experian and Transunion, have current credit reports.

3) Equifax still displays a Vantage 3.0 score which looks simliar to the one I have in the other 2 credit reports.  

4) All my credit reports have a fraud indicator I posted up about a year ago and have been frozen for a while already.

What could be causing this issue?   It's been like this for a month as far as I know.   I put in a dispute from one credit card, and Equifax says it was resolved, but I still don't see anything updated.

Is there an easy way to put in a dispute that's general that comments on this issue.  Seems all disputes have to reference a specific account, whether installment or credit, and I have a lot of accounts that are not accurate, I would rather not spend my day entering a dispute for each of them.

Anybody have experience with an issue like this?   How best to dispute it?

Equifax' online dispute process is structured such that you can't dispute something that isn't on your credit report.

I suggest you call them and speak to an agent (be prepared to have to wait on hold for a while to be connected) and tell them that you need for them to open up a ticket because they haven't correctly updated your reports since February.  They may be able to see the problem, but they don't have sufficient privileges to be able to correct them so they will have to open up a work ticket for a different group based in the US to try to address.   If it hasn't been corrected within 30 days file  CFPB complaint online that Equifax is providing inaccurate information on your report whereas both Experian and Transunion are (which infers that the issue isn't with your creditors, it's with Equifax) and that you contacted them and opened up an internal case which hasn't resolved the problem.
