equifax is saying there is no freeze, however, so companies are saying it is. Please help

You can either have a "freeze" or a "lock" in place and certain companies ie. Credit.com will call it a "FREEZE".  Did you check to make sure you don't just have a "lock" in place?

Edit to add: might be a poor example but Credit.com does this when I have a lock on Ex.

I have freezes on all 3.. CK works each week. Discover Scorecard doesnt like freezes.
