A 45 minute phone call today with Equifax must have done something, I reciever an email from myFICO that there was a change in my Equifax report and my score went up like 8 points or so, they also are sending me a copy of my report although I just pulled one from annual credit report.com, so I am taking all advice and proceeding with caution and patience, I appreciate all the advice from the great folks here in the forums
EQ can be a PITA ..Glad you got some resolve ![]()
So I posted a few weeks back about my Equifax not updating, so I called Equifax, after about 40 mins on the phone with them, my Equifax updated a few days later, we'll fast forward these few weeks and my TransUnion and Experian has RAPIDLY gone up every day or every other day by a few points, to the point that my TransUnion and Experian is 55 points and 61 points higher then equifax, nothing has changed in my report except utilization reporting 6% now and two card limit increases, which actually brought my utilization down to 3%, total util is 3% and aggregate on 1 card is the 3%, I went azeo method as I just got a mortgage, just strange I don't get 1 point on equifax but have gained 55 and 61 points on TransUnion and Experian, just sick of equifax not updating or atleast showing improvement like the other two, I get that they all will have point differences but if the other two are showing util dropping and my two cli increases then why isn't equifax? Very frustrating
Interesting... I would thoroughly look through your CR's because it seems there may be something different on EQ preventing your score like that.
My EQ is like that too.
It's bullet proof. 😂

I'm totally with you, what's funny is I'm knocking 700 on TransUnion ( 697 ) and Experian ( 692 ) but stuck on equifax at 636, it's driving me crazy

i have went over my report with a fine tooth comb, nothing different then my other reports
Currently going through something similar. New accounts aren't reporting to my Equifax since novemberish time frame, several lines haven't updated the correct balances. I can not access my reports through my Equifax at all.
I spent the better part of 2 hours on the phone with them, and they escalated it to a higher officer/department. Said I had internal issues with my credit report and even they couldnt generate a score or send me a report. They that I should hear back from them in roughly 20 business days and had to do with my file size. lol.
I'll let you know the out come of this... I should be coming up on the 20 days shortly...
Yea I'd be curious to know what it is
What @CreditCuriosity said to a tee!
