Ahhh got it! That makes sense now. And probably explains why my EQ report stopped updating with Credit Karma. Good information. Thank you!

You need to call Equifax in order for them to be deleted. They will not get deleted until you ask them to.

The lady at Equifax and I are on a first name basis! She said they would be deleted, but I'm still waiting. I have a message on her VM waiting for her today.
Great!! It can take up to 10 days. I called this morning to check on the progress of mine. They said it has been escalated and in the process of deleting. Let me know how you make out.
Clueless Question!
How exactly are you "pulling" your scores (on a daily basis) ?
As a subscriber to the myFICO reports am I "pulling" my scores also, and not knowing it?
Thanks in advance!

I think I have an unusual situation. I have a tendency to soft pull my reports a lot. I'm one of those people who has become addicted to watching my scores climb and reports improve. I have myfico, check CK, Equifax, TU and CCT.
In February my Equifax report wouldn't update on anything. I called and no one could help me, except one department that is open M-Th and I always seem to have time on the days it's closed. Finally after 6 weeks of trying I was told I have a split file (I've been told since I don't). The lady "fixed" my report. BUT on Equifax it said I had a 703, but myfico was saying 640. It used to always have the same score. Now it's never the same and it doesn't translate correctly to any other service I use. Also none of my AU accounts are on my reports. AND now if I check my sights "too often", which translate to about 10 times....BAM locked out again!
On Equifax you call pull daily, but if I use that product daily my accounts become frozen! It's really aggravating. I asked them to delete the soft pulls and was told they would be, but they are not deleted and I still have the same issue.
Anyone else have CB craziness? I think when I get this fixed I'll just dump the Equifax monitoring service since I have no willpower to NOT check....
D
OP I'm addicted in this way also. I don't have a split file, but like others have said I like checking because I'm paying for it. Mine however always pulls EXP. I'll be keeping an eye out for problems and may get the soft pulls deleted just because.

@donny10 did you ever get your situation fixed at equifax? Mine still has not been fixed, I called again and the contact I gave you was so rude to me. She told me that "as i told you before you can't pull daily and you don't need to". I told her I only pull to see if it's fixed and it was never fixed. She told me that if I continue to pull too often (basically if i continue to use what I am paying for) that they will "take the service away from me". In my eyes they basically HAVE taken it away, but they are still making me pay $30/month for it! I told her to fix it and I'll just cancel it. I just checked....it's still not fixed.
Call them every single day. If you don't get anywhere, let me know tomorrow. I have a contact you can call at Equifax's Office of Consumer Affairs.
The number is in my office.
