@donny10 i'm working with the EO office and she's the rude one. LOL. I wonder if it's a different contact. MC is this lady's initials. So I was paying $30 because I signed up for the family plan thinking that maybe they'd fix it because I was paying more....nope. Then I called to cancel 2 weeks ago and they knocked me down to $19.95. When they fix it I'm just going to knock it down to me alone or cancel it. It's worthless if you can pull when you want to. I'd rather just use credit karma for fee and myfico.....
