Experian CreditWorks Basic problems?

Not sure what the issue is with CreditWorks, or if anyone else is experiencing it.  I signed up for it I believe last month and everything worked fine.  I have not signed in since.  I got an alert today in my email that my Experian credit score went up, so it said click here to sign in and view your alert.  Cool, clicked there, which brought up the normal UN/PW fields which autofilled from my last login.  I submit the credentials and seemingly am logged in, as I see the screen in the first image.

So, first thing, it says "Welcome Back..." which suggests that I just signed in, no?  But in the top right it says "Already a member?  Sign in."  A bit contradicting there.

I then click the "Get your free credit report" box you see above.  It brings up the checkout screen that shows the $0.00 order total where you input your SS#, I enter in that and click submit and I get this:

Anyone else having this problem, or have any idea why I'm experiencing it?  Thanks.

You might have no payment card on file?

Also, immediately after logging in, you want to scroll all the way down and click the button on the right that says: No, Show me only my Experian credit report

Hmmm... That first screen is different from what I got yesterday and today (which is also different)... I'm not sure what's going on there

Re: Experian CreditWorks Basic problems?

Are your reports frozen...? That's weird either way. I'd just give them a call. I use Experian 3b (pay for) and have for several months, and it continues to work fine. I check Exp scores/reports weekly, and the other two update monthly.

I put in a call to Discover last week because I can't get past the first sign up screen for creditscorecard. They still haven't called me back. (It's a free service, so I don't expect a lot, but still.)

My reports are not frozen and never have been.
