I signed up for the one week trial of the Experian CreditWorks Premium, which should include daily EX pulls with various FICO (08, auto, mortgage, bankcard) scores plus one three bureau pull with FICO 08s. I have tried at least a dozen times to get my three bureau report and it acts like it is processing, but then never gives it to me. It just cycles me back to the same page saying that I have a free three bureau report to pull and the button to do so, which I click, in an endless loop. I've tried various browsers and incognito mode. Is anyone else having issues with the service? My trial week runs out in two days and I still haven't received my one 3B pull.
Experian CreditWorks Premium trial is for one month at $4.99, not a week. If you're encountering problems pulling your reports your best bet is to contact customer service.

I was charged $1 10/19/18 and my account has my trial ending 10/24/18 (just like CCT you get a few more than 7 days to cancel). It says in my membership that I get daily EX updates and once every 30 day 3B pulls. It also says on two locations that I have an available free 3B pull and prompts me to take it.
From the Experian page "When you order your $1 Credit report and FICO® Score 8, you will begin your 7-day trial membership in Experian CreditWorksSM Premium. If you don’t cancel your membership within the 7-day trial period§, you will be billed $24.99 for each month that you continue your membership. You may easily cancel your trial membership online anytime within the trial period without charge."
Never heard of a $1 Experian trial and I'm a long-term user. Again, your best bet is to contact customer service.
Actually, it was 10/13/18 that I started the trial. I just checked my credit card statement. $1

The $1 trial is right here on the landing page if you scroll down a little. Maybe it is a new program. I do also see the $4.99 for a month trial.

I would contact customer service if they offered anything but a phone number. I'm not sitting on hold forever over a $1 trial. I was checking here in case anyone else was having issues as often many commenters here use the trial credit pull sites frequently.
Your choice, I suppose. I've never heard anyone use a $1 trial at Experian; that's usually at CreditCheckTotal.
I get that you've never heard of it, but that is irrelevant. It is advertised on their page clear as day, and I myself paid for the product. I'm not sure why you keep repeating that, but thank you anyway for your help.
My apologies for responding. Good luck.
Is the $1 trial through Experian just for your EX report/FICO 8 score? If so, that only gives you 1/3 of what you get in spending the same $1 at CCT, right?
