When I first started tracking my credit score, I signed up for the $1/7day Experian deal. I don't think I got 3B reports till I paid for the monthly subscription.
OP, is this close to the deal you got? My initial deal was this Experian $1/7day deal
Also... OP, you said signup date was 10/13... today is the 22nd, is it possible the 7days has run out for 3B? If so, do call Experian. I have only spoken to them twice, but they were very helpful. If you haven't gotten your 3B, I'm sure they will help you get it.
edit: btw, It's not brand new, I signed up for it in September 2017.
@Anonymous wrote:I signed up for the one week trial of the Experian CreditWorks Premium, which should include daily EX pulls with various FICO (08, auto, mortgage, bankcard) scores plus one three bureau pull with FICO 08s. I have tried at least a dozen times to get my three bureau report and it acts like it is processing, but then never gives it to me. It just cycles me back to the same page saying that I have a free three bureau report to pull and the button to do so, which I click, in an endless loop. I've tried various browsers and incognito mode. Is anyone else having issues with the service? My trial week runs out in two days and I still haven't received my one 3B pull.
just to fill in some blanks, the ex is a full 3b for $1. one really has 10 days cancel not 7. say a person got the report on 10/17 and they cancelled 10/23 they would also get a pro-rated refund like I just did. this also starts the clock over, one can immediatly get another 3b report for $1. if you want to just get in and out its .10 for a 3b whenever one wants. not sour grapes because I am locked out of cct, but the format and sort functions on the ex site are superior to cct, much like freecreditreport, etc.
Is it just 3B reports and also your 3 FICO 8 scores with the EX $1 trial? Basically, do you get exactly what you get for $1 at CCT, or is it less?
You get:
one 3B report per month with FICO08 scores.
Daily EX Report with FICO 08, FICO Mortgage and FICO Auto (Can't remember the numbers)
So you get more that CCT I suppose. I am also locked out of CCT... nothing they send me seems to get me back in.
@spiritcraft1You get:one 3B report per month with FICO08 scores.
Daily EX Report with FICO 08, FICO Mortgage and FICO Auto (Can't remember the numbers)
That's what the $1 trial gets you? Does the trial last a full month? Is it EX/TU/EQ FICO 8 scores? (you said FICO 8 scoreS, plural)
During the trial period, you get a daily EX report with the scores you mentioned?

That's very interesting about them prorating. I cancelled my trial today and never was able to get the 3B report pulled. It kept saying I had one available but wouldn't pull it. Maybe it is because I waited until after the first seven days (it was day seven actually that I first tried), or maybe it is just a glitch. I think I will give it one more shot this week and if it again doesn't give me the full 3B single pull, I will stick with CCT. The extra FICO scores through EX is a nice benefit of Creditworks over CCT, for those that it works for.

BBS, it includes one week (ten days, actually) of daily EX report and FICO 08, FICO 2 for mortgage lending, FICO AUTO 2, FICO AUTO 8, FICO BANKCARD 2, FICO BANKCARD 8, FICO 3. All those scores update daily. You then get ONE 3B report with FICO 8 pull. So, definitely more than CCT gives you as far as scores. They also have some other tools and benefits to play with, similar to other services.

Mine seems to be going on for a month... I still have 13 days until I can pull another 3b.

"daily EX report and FICO 08, FICO 2 for mortgage lending, FICO AUTO 2, FICO AUTO 8, FICO BANKCARD 2, FICO BANKCARD 8, FICO 3".
that seems to be more than I am getting. Wait... I see them now... it helps to scroll down. You are correct sir (or maam)
@spiritcraft1 You may have done the $4.99 one month trial that is offered. Experian offers both trials, for some reason.

Oh, and yes, it seems you can only pull the 3B report every 30 days with Creditworks and not twice during a trial like with CCT.
