Very concerned. Experian received FTC report + all proper documents regarding unauthorized accounts. They removed them when I called in, then placed them back on the next day. I called back again and they removed a few but left two. I called in again and they just keep giving me the run around. I submitted complaint to CFPB already as well.
My question is this :
Are FTC 609B requests subject to a regular dispute process? No, right? That would be 611 process, correct?
They keep opening disputes, I keep arguing this isn’t a dispute this is a request for removal due to fraud.
What do I do here?
