I can't even request one through Annualcreditreport.com cuz there's always a "reason" to not give it to me. Also, it's been probably a year since I was able to view sp's through Exp. acct. but I had a lot of sp's I remember; not 3 which is what's showing in the paper report. All of them were from Exp. too. Isn't that odd?
Do you have an account with Experian.com?
Perhaps you went for the free trial, then didn't cancel. This means you are paying $19.99 per month. I would look into that.

That is very odd. I have never had a report "Just mailed to Me" out of the blue?

Don't feel bad, I don't get them either
I just noticed my Exp. acct. has full functionality again. Maybe that's why I got the cr. It's been months since they said they'd fix it...it looks fixed today.
