@Anonymous wrote:Here is a partial update.....On the 3B in closed accounts under "older derogatory events" there is one month 6/2020 that is listed as 30 days late. This is what I disputed about 6 months ago and was able to get the "30" removed from my 2 year pay history. Apparently the derogatory data listed in the lower section should have been removed as well I would think, opinions?
I tried to open another dispute for it just now but at the last step to submit the dispute I got a message that says, "you are not able to dispute this information. This may be because you have already filed a dispute and it is under investigation." There is a toll free number to call so I guess I will try this tomorrow.
Aaaarrrggghhhhh!
@Anonymous I knew something had to be somewhere. At least now you know where it is what what it is. Apparently it wasn't completely removed.
what do you mean in distinguishing between payment history and the lower section?

On the 3B, In the month by month reporting section with the codes for 30, 60, 90, etc. It shows paid on time for 6/2020. But in the section down lower under derogatory reporting for 30 day late it list 6/2020.

@Anonymous Ahhhh, that's what I was afraid of. you mean it was removed from the payment grid but the textual data was still there under payment status?
Well my theory has been the grid means nothing and the algorithm uses the textual field. Unfortunately in your case, it is proven true again.
The fact that the number was removed from the payment grid means nothing to the algorithm. It is reading the payment status field as 30 day late and imposing the appropriate penalty, im afraid.
hopefully you will be able to get it fixed, if not you should see gains at a year, a year and a half and two years from the late.
