Recently I've been wondering why I feel as if I'm being forced to buy a 1B report to find out if my scoring has changed. In recent weeks every time I have crossed a significant threshold it takes a week to ten days for that scoring change to report. Shouldn't it report in a reasonable time frame? When I purchase a report I see the scoring change. All other Alerts reflect the changes on a regular basis except when it comes to a scoring change. It seems as if it's always Equifax and when I check CK to see if it was reported there it is!
I Watch my credit like a Hawk but I don't like having to purchase a report when I'm already paying monthly for a service. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this issue.

I don't know what scores you're referring to.
If you buy the $30 + tax monthly monitoring service from MyFICO you get frequent time-delayed updates of three FICO 8's, and all your FICO scores once per quarter.
If you buy the $40 + tax monthly monitoring service from MyFICO you get frequent time-delayed updates of three FICO 8's, and all your FICO scores once per month.
From CK you get no FICO scores ever.
I have the $30.00 service. I only mentioned CK as a reference not for a fake score, but to show that CK is getting their information and the reporting is delayed on FICO part.
Free at Experian or $1 you can obtain your 3 bureau FICO 8 scores and reports at CreditCheckTotal (part of Experian). Cancel in 7 day or less to avoid the re-occurring monthly charge. Wash, Rinse, and Repeat as needed.
I would personally suggest looking to other sources for your Fico scores that are either free or ultra low cost. I would find it frustrating personally to pay $30 or $40 a month for something that gives me less than what I can get elsewhere for $0-$1. Just my personal opinion though.
let me preface this by saying that I've been using the 30.00 Subscription for a year and Maybe because of COVID the reporting has been Slow to update.
There is no doubt that Fico rules and will continue to do so. I find it interesting though that in this technological Era that we live in where an Inquiry alert is possible within seconds from so many sources that updating a balance change, scoring changes, takes that long.
We understand delayed reporting and it's Accepted because we can't do anything about it , but to pay for a monthly monitoring service that cannot or will not update within 24 -48 hours of a creditor reporting is Unacceptable to me.
With the Fico service their are different triggers that would cause a score update, not all events qualify for it.
