Finally some Success, but a still aways to go...

So I received an updated CBR from EX yesterday, and Progressive Management Systems was deleted from my report. I had been working to remove Progressive, CMI and Midland since early August and finally one comes off.

I've recently sent nutcase letters pointing out US and California Code Violations to CMI and Midland, and expect to send ITS letters in the next three weeks, if I don't hear a response.

I plan on pulling my EX on myFico at the end of the month after Orchard Bank reports. Hopefully my score will be in the high 500s.

Next is removing an unpaid judgment, then state and federal paid tax liens.

I didn't PFD anyone - except for Midland, but I'm going to send them another DV letter that quotes the Codes and Case Law they've violated and what they're supposed to give me or stop attempting to collect a debt.

I'm prepared to PFD these CA and Verizon, but I haven't got that response yet. For Verizon, I've been emailing the California head - Tim McCallion, in the Thousand Oaks Office - I haven't heard a response, but I'll be send a CMRRR letter tomorrow to get them off.

It's such a grueling process, but to get two or three derogs off (I can't the Paid COs deleted or GW'd off, but they're all 2 years old as of next month, so I can presume their relevance in the FICO pre-08, will be lessened) I'll see some score bumps over the next two to three months.
