Thank you very much. I settled a collection with Arrow and received a letter stated that I am not obligated to make any additional payments on the account. I am going to use the letter to ask First Premier Bank to do me a GW by not deleting all of the baddies on my CR.

According to the First Premiere Bank website, president & CEO is Dana Dykhouse.

Thanks for the link, Lizf.  I did a little more research, and I think Dana is CEO of First Premier Bank, and Miles Beacom is CEO of First Premier Bankcard.  Which is not at all confusing!!!  My guess is the bank is the bank, and the bankcard is the card issuer.  ...I think.
