Just signed up with no problems - my EX isn't frozen. The number of inquiries listed threw me off for a sec, didn't realize it was only last 12 months.
Those getting an error message, as stupid as it may sound make sure that you've got all of your information in correctly. My last name is a little tricky as my suffix is "V" and many times suffix drop-downs (on this Discover site is a perfect example) only go up to III or IV. In those situations I have to try using my name with no suffix, or putting my suffix after my last name. Sometimes it will work one way but not the other. I got the same error message that many have referenced above and it was because of the way I was representing my name. Once I switched it, I got right in. This would lead me to believe that if any piece of your personal information is off even by a character it may yield an error message.
Seems like they simply have a few kinks to work out in the system.
Has anyone under 21 gotten this to work? I finallly got my husband and I set up, but we can't get our two adult children past the error. It says you have to be over 18, so it should be fine to be 18-20...
Fantastic! It matches the score from MyFICO perfectly, and it's free!
Thanks Kenny!
Thanks for passing this along! It's always good to have options, and I was just looking for a Free Experian Score that would give me a tiny bit more information than what I can get on Credit.com.
I really wish this service actually worked. As soon as it starts "generating security quesitons," it goes straight to the "oops, something went wrong on our end." Think that it was just my account, I had my girlfriend try to sign up. She gets her security questions to load and when she submits the answers, BOOM, straight to "oops, something went wrong on our end."

Sounds like a browser setting could be causing a problem. Have you tried it with different web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, etc.)?
