From HP to SP, How long do SP stay on a report?

A prior post stated that inquiries were not permissible because of mistake or lack of you having consented to them.

The point of my post was that consumer consent is not an issue if permissible purpose is shown.

I do understand the frustration of the situation, and you already having put in effort to straighten this out.  I suspect stuff like this happens more than we know and probably many people wouldn't even notice because they don't monitor their reports.  

I probably wouldn't stress about the SP though, it doesn't harm you in any way and having it removed doesn't change the fact that they made a mistake.

I would like to state that the HP was removed after many attempts since June of 2020, Transunion is trash; period. Some thought the HP could not be removed, but it pays off to fight for your right to get items that DONT belong to you removed. I gained 2 pts on the fako scores, will be pulling my Experian 3 score tomorrow and will post the pts I got back from Fico.
