Whew! I am relieved to read this happened to others. I panicked, and went through all of my cc accounts, looking for the card that was possibly removed. Now I know which card the alert was referring to!

Mine reported on the 4th and on the 5th it was removed. Seems like they’re having issues hopefully they can figure this out before they create a big mess.
Same here. Reported on the 4th to TransUnion. The score went up. And on the 5th it was removed, the score went back down. This is a MESS already.
myFICO alert just popped up. Card is reported again as increased overall limit and new bank card. Also WalletHub is showing new account (3months old) including one on time payment in September.
It's baaaack...
