General Rant on TransUnion

For me personally it's been Transunion. They even skipped months of reporting for certain accounts. I have one account that only reported 3 months last year, the other 9 months are just blank. Experian updates the quickest and equifax updates about 2 days after Experian. Transunion is in a different world. When I call them they blame the lender but I know it's not the lender because I don't have the same problems with the other CRA. I even called the lenders and asked and they confirmed they have updated my accounts with Transunion. It sucks we can't do anything about it.

I too am having the same issue with Transunion.  Multipe accounts not updated since February.  It is really annoying,  4 cards have been paid off but not updated for last 2 billing cycles.  I hope something changes soon.

Geez, I thought I was the only one with this problem. I have accounts that haven't updated since January/February. I even have accounts that only reported 3 or 4 months out of the year last year. When I call Transunion they blame the lender and also say to file a dispute. It sucks we can't do anything about it. Something fishy is going on with Transunion.

So - had to make a new account since my other account is locked out.  I've made zero headwind on this.  I've gotten the same message from the same person posted from transunion when I reached out.  They want to dispute.  I'm refusing to do that because this issue is not on my creditor's end, but theirs.  

They are clueless.  They have no idea.

I disputed a couple of weeks ago ...11 accounts. Started updating three days ago.

I only disputed account balances that would help me when updated, I.e. reflect lower balances.  

2 of my accounts had a slightly higher balance now so I did not dispute those.

For the ones disputed and resolved, did the dispute remarks stay on the account?

I disputed 5 accouunts that I need updated on April 5, still waiting have not see any updates as of yet. Says dispute should be completed by May 5. Again, I hate that I had to even dispute these accounts when it's thier fault.
