Hi Unfaithful, I'd recommend reaching out to TransUnion's Executive Resolutions Team as they immediately resolved my issue. Thanks.
@babygirl1256 @Would you mind sharing the number for that team so I can have it for future reference? Is it the main number?
thank you!
Hi @Peace27 I'm new to the forum and not sure if I am allowed to post the number so I will send to you in a private message. Thanks.
@Peace27 . . . please check your private message box. Thanks.
I mentioned a month or so ago in a different post that Transunion data was NOT updating, - then finally after filing a dispute for incorrect balances, everything updated and got fixed.
Today, I get an alert for multiple changes on Transunion file. I log in to check and pull a fresh report, and I see balances reverting back to what was reported on 3/16/21, and that date as the last reporting date.
I call Transunion and get the dumbest people on earth - unwilling or unable to understand the problem, perhaps both. Tired of the bs from Transunion. If they can't do their jobs correctly, then perhaps Equifax or Experian should take over.
Not Equifax, that's for sure. They're awful. Sorry to hear you're having this issue.
Did you ever get approved for your mortgage? They are also holding me up.
@Anonymous
Hi cocopower,
I did get approve for a mortgage. I'm still searching though. I've put in several offers and some houses and unfortunately did not get it. I have an offer in now on a house which tomorrow is the deadline so we'll see. This housing market is crazy!
Glad you were approved!
