Does anyone know how to speak to someone at Experian? I call and the system doesn't recognize I'm entering my social security number, and then when I go online it directs me to call them. Yet when I call the system without fail doesn't recognize my pin pad entries. Anyone had a similar expierience?
That's been happening to me this week. I usually just call right back or wait a little while and I can get through. Sometimes if you keep entering a keypad response it will just end up connecting you to someone after a set number of failed attempts. At least they're easy to deal with (for me at least, compared to TU and EQ), so it makes this little annoyance worth it.
