Getting on the Soap Box...

I see so many people who genuinely feel shame or guilt for not being able to pay their debts.  These are people who would, if they could, pay those debts but they don't have the money.  The CAs don't help --with their guilt-ladened speeches about how you agreed to pay and how it's unfair to their client that they didn't get paid.  Blah, blah, blah.  Cry me a river.  The fact of the matter is, a lot of times, their clients, these lenders or creditors, entered into arrangements with people they knew would eventually default.  This is epitomized w/ the subprime mess.  These businesses prey on people who are hard-up and in desparate need of funds and then gouge them w/ rediculously high interest rates! The sad thing about it is these people who are preyed upon feel genuinely bad when they can't pay these businesses.  I think it's sick.  So, stop feeling soooo guilty about not being able to pay.  Okay, now I'm getting of my soap box.

I know how you feel, I was diagnosed with cancer and went through 8 mos of chemo and radiation, when I was asked why I defaulted by some it was as if they could care less and offered no help in getting things resolved.

CA's are the worst, I actually had one tell me that my getting sick was not their problem and when will I send them their money, that was the turning point for me and I did a 180 and decided these people can kiss my (you know what) and I started taking action from these boards.

CA's are SCUM BAGS, Rotten little nomes that live in fungi riddled patches of earth.

These people are RUTHLESS, INCONSIDERATE AND UNCOMPASSIONATE AND I WON'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some people that fall prey to high interest rates are victims in hopes of rebuilding their credit only to get shot down by the people that dangled the carrot in front of them while starving.

We as people need to start taking charge and kick them in the butt because we are now learning OUR rights and ARE USING THEM against the vulchers.
