No, actually I am waiting to hear from Marylou Gomez @ADFNI in Arizona. SHe sent in my complaint to CPA and they have 10 days to tell her organization why I never received a letter stating that I owed this $100 and why I was never allowed to make arrangements to pay it. If they can't verify their part, they will have to delete. ANother poster contacted her as well but I don't know how their complaint is going. I have one cable box, but this is one that the tech left here when he changed our old one out. I think they are stealing the boxes and selling them, actually. ANyway, we are not using that cable box at all and COMCAST is not trying to find the one that they say we still have that we don't.
did everyone who posted move within the last 2 years, because I am seeing a pattern and they are mailing letters to our previous addresses even though we are current customers with comcast?
