I got PFD's on 3 medical collections, I know the CA has reported to delete them because they are already off of my EX and TU credit reports.
I sent a letter CMRRR to CSC, but they are ridiculous over there and have screwed up my report so bad that I don't trust they will change it, even with the proof I sent (a copy of the PFD letter). I don't think anyone over there has a single brain cell in their head. 
What is my next step if they don't end up fixing it?
