I thought that they dropped off automatically. Is that not the case? Do I have to contact the bureaus?
Is this on EX? If so, they generally take 25 months to fall off.

Yes, now it's only on EX. I guess it takes TU an extra day to remove them. Got a fresh copy of EQ today and it's no longer there. I'm hoping that EX will not take 25 months.
If this month was month 24 on EX, it'll fall off on the first Saturday of November. EX apparently likes them to be on the report for at least 24 full months. On November 7th, it should come off.

I hope so. That sounds better than...Oh, geez. I need sleep. I was thinking that @OmarGB9 was saying that it would take an additional 5 months.
Thanks for the DP, @Anonymous.
Lol nope, the first Saturday of the 25th month is when they remove them. It'll go away next month. Now go to bed ![]()

Oh no! That'd be awful. Nope, it should be gone next month. I couldn't remember the whole day thing, so thanks to @Anonymous for that. ![]()
I had a HP to fall off EX on 9/8/20.
It wasn't removed until 10/3/20 which was the first Saturday of the following month.
I've read many others post it being the first Saturday of the following month as well.
This identical question has come up several times over the last few weeks. Here's a pretty definitive explanation.
