Help! Dispute came back 3 days later as verified

I have a line of credit reporting on my CR that was discharged in bankruptcy in 1999. I am disputing w/ all 3 CRA's. Experian already came back as verified, what is my next step? The reporting timeline expired a long time ago, and they are still reporting lates on me from 1999 through June 2007.

I would dispute again as old obsolete - The BK will stay on your report for 10 years, however, the TL's fall off 7 years of DOFD.

DOFD was waaaay before BK. Even if DOFD had been on the same day as BK, it should have come off in Sep 2006 (BK was filed 6/1999 and discharged 9/1999).

I already disputed as obsolete, and it came back verified. Disputing again doesn't seem like it will make much difference. What is the next step when a dispute comes back verified that shouldn't have been verified?

Is this a good MOV letter?

To Whom It May Concern:

On __________ I filed a dispute with Experian regarding the account from _________ which appears on my Experian credit report. On ________ I received the results of the investigation stating that the account had been verified.

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, section 611(a)(7), I am entitled to receive a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available.

my wife has a judgement that has been paid off but is still being shown as open. The original debt from citibank shows on the cr as paid. Does anyone know how we can get this shown as paid. we have disputed with exp and transunion but it keeps coming back as verified

Let us know how your mov turns out, because alot of us are having no luck with mov and ex.
