I have been trying to delete this account for over 1 year and nothing.
On my TU tells:
Balance : $0
Date Verified 05/2007
Pay Status: Payment ater Charge off/Collection
Account type: Open Account
Responsibility: Individual account
Date Opened: 11/2004
Date Closed: 05/2007
Date Paid: 03/2006
Load type: Utility Company
Remarks: Paid Collection
Estimated date that this item will be removed : 11/2011

The only right thing here is the date a Opened the account. This account is closed since the end of 2005 and I tried to dispute and nothing. What should I do? Any advices. GW letter just won't work with them, because they are pros when it comes to this.
