I think it's much more legitimate for me to speak of my personal experience rather than extrapolating my personal experience into broad generalizations.In my personal experience, I have been nothing but "good" to crap1, and crap1 is BY FAR one of the worst companies I deal with. They really are in the small minority of inferior companies I deal with; of the CCCs of whom I am a customer, they really stick out like a sore thumb. If I were to include them in the same category with "all the other cccs" I deal with, I would be dignifying their poor behavior, which I think is a real dis-service to the really wonderful CCCs like Penfed, for example.
