I am a bit fanatical when it comes to cash back credit cards. You have to spend money on daily things anyway, right? Why not get paid to go grocery shopping, eating out, paying your car, health and home insurance?
These are the cards I have and use. Use responsibly and do not let that cash back slip through your fingers by paying interest.
I pulled the link to my video out as against TOS, sorry. PM for link to my video if you are interested. Sorry for the inconvenience. Am I able to post my YouTube channel name?
Anyone else playing the credit card game or have different cards they use?
Sounds like you are trying to make money off of us
Nope, I did not even post my CC referral links under the vid. Simply trying to help others make money. I am not some big YT guy looking to make a buck off others from watching.
You can look at my older posts here and see that I am about trying to help others out. Check out my stuff on the Nusenda card. One of the best rotating category cards out there that no one ever talks about.
You managed to get me to search for Nusenda

Me too and it is a hard no for me. Complicated sign up involving snail mail, No SUB, No 0% into promotional financing (it is 5% APR for 6 months), low limits, points redemtion is less than 1:1 according to TPG, duplicates rewards by Discover and CF, low growth potential.
CF and Disc do not keep the same categories from year to year. Disc used to have home improvement and now that is gone. Nusenda fills the gaps where other rotational cards fall short for me. Their categories have not changed since I think 2014.
I did not have to do any snail mail, all over the phone. Complicated signup? I found opening up and donating to the wildlife fund not complicated at all. This type of strategy is complicated to do and people have to be meticulous with your bookkeeping. Definitely not for all.
Not sure why the interest rate is not palatable, who pays interest on credit cards? Not one who plays this sort of credit card game.

"A lot of the paperwork needs to be printed out, filled out and snail mailed in to be approved for this card. ...
In the end, I decided to not apply for this card. The main reason I decided against it was the fact that there is no sign up bonus, let’s say you value your hard credit pulls at $200 – you’d need to spend $4,000 on this card to recoup that $200.
But if you had $4,000 in purchases you wouldn’t suddenly use cash, you’d use a cash back card that earns at least 2% cash back. That means you need to spend $6,667 to break even which is more than a year maxing out the 5% categories each quarter. Realistically I am not going to max them out every quarter as I already have the Freedom & it cards and I also generally value my hard pulls at more than $200.
This card might still make sense for some people, but for the moment I’m going to pass."
People value hard pulls, I only have 11 cards and have rarely even had four pulls in a 2-year span. As I do not play the game as hard as others, I do not put a value on mine.
When others are scooping up cards by the armload for those signup bonuses, what value do they have in a year? In five years? My Cap QS is a prime example of that. $200 sign up years ago. And now I use it once a year to keep it active. For me, as I do not value hard pulls, Nusenda card was for the long-term. I have had it going on 2 years (Sept.) and maxed out home improvement both years. Probably around $1k each year as well along with around $600 or so per year on the dining out side each year. That is $6,200 in almost two years. What will that number be in five years? Ten years?
I get your point but it only equates in the short term and if the categories are filled by other cards. Especially when Disc and CF change their categories from year to year.
DoC is awesome, but that article is 3.5 years old. I took mine out since that article came out and wrote my summary here shortly after.
Are we talking about the Visa Platinum Rewards Card from Nusenda? There’s a 10,000 ($100 I assume) SUB if you spend $500 in 90 days. Doesn’t look like a bad card to me , although 3x points in rotating categories doesn’t wow me.
Nusenda? I thouight that was the name of a protien bar or something.. lol
