How can I pull someone's CR?

I'm in the process of hiring 10 or more people, instead of paying $50 to run it through Intelius, how can I pull directly from one of the CRA?

You need to setup an account with the CRA to pull employment reports. Contact one in your area.

Is there any reason not to let the people provide you with a report themselves?  I suppose there could be concern they could alter it, but what if you let them pull the report while you were present.  From a computer in your office or something like that.  Maybe there are various complications with this; I've certainly never had any experience with it.  But for a small business owner, perhaps it's a way to save some money...?

The idea is wil not work.  There guidelines of what can go on employment credit report.The sites that you can pull credit reports from contain information that cannot be on an employment credit report.
