I have called multiple times to speak to someone regarding a dispute I want to file with Experian. I have attempted to file a dispute online but I get a message saying that I need to call in. When I do that I get an automated message asking for my social and then it only gives me one option to "ask general questions about my credit report". I click that because its the only option and then it tells me how I can order my report. I have tried pressing other keys and she just repeats herself. I have asked for a representative and she says that she can do that but needs to figure out why first and then I go back to step one.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks to actually speak to a human at Experian?

Have you recently pulled a copy of your report from Experian and are you calling them at the contact number listed on that report during their business hours?
You can call in and try to just keep saying "representative" when Robolady keeps asking you why you need to speak to one. While not universally true it isn't unusual when dealing with Roboladies that after you repeat the cycle 3-4 times they will give up and just transfer you.
Ultimately there is the fallback of submitting your dispute in writing via CMRR (Certified Mail Return Receipt requested).
This number worked for me in January, 1-800-509-8495. Called late afternoon and only waited about 3-5 minutes. I just kept repeating agent or dispute over and over unitl the system transferred me.
If no results using that number you can also try -
