Yes, I hate calling in and all the unique, annoying selections only to finally say 2 or 3 times, "Customer Service Representative".
Again I'm like....
@GApeachy Oh odd, references must be new they didn't ask me when I applied but it could be because I had them for a few years before getting my Secured Card with them that I upgraded....Hmmm yea that would scare me to if they sent that like CHILL I'm thinking XD the card is pretty but I honestly thought it would be more shiney than it is :/ So my DISCO card is actually prettier LOLOLOL. If it helps?!
@GApeachy YESSSSS I will DRIVE somewhere before I call 9/10 LMAO (if they don't have Chat or another option...)
I'm detecting sisterhood vibes here 😜.
I get so much better service on the phone than I ever do with the chat box people.
@FinStar LOL we are both in Ga so I think that is where it started XD sorry to get off topic

Oops, sorry 'bout all that rambling @FinStar
@Milano sometimes it's nice to speak to a live person, hear their voice esp. when there's a lot to be asked/said. Chat is usually quicker plus you can save the info. and/or it will be there when you revisit, like Amex.
@Milano Interesting indeed. I wish I feel like I have to jump through hoops and run through marathons on the phone XD
@FinStar You can stop this thread now so we don't keep going?!! XD If you don't mind ^^
Whenever I've used each channel (phone/chat) their service has been great, IME.
Then again, it's a matter of preference since some individuals don't particularly like to be on the phone and I can think of @GApeachy's DH and @Jnbmom's DH, for instance. And, like any other institutions, regardless of what channel is used, sometimes you may not get stellar service so experiences can vary.
