How is overall utilization calculated?

Today, I was looking at my credit report and realized that my CSP and Freedom are not reporting my credit line. I think it's because they visa *signature*. In my credit report the line was *flexible credit*.

So then the questions how can credit bureau can calculate your overall utilization (sum balances/sum credit lines)?

They'll calculate those cards as balance / high balance.  Effectively the reported high balance becomes your credit limit in that situation; wierd though I thought Chase reported limits on all their cards unlike BOFA.

CSP and Freedom definitely report as I have both.  What are you looking at?  Where did you get the report from?

I'm looking at protectmyid.com (Experian) report. But anyways, my question is something else.
