Is it too early to sue?

Ok 2nd validation letter went out CMRRR. All 3 CRAs have the TLs disputed.

Lawyer called and wants to meet about 5 days after the 1st validation letter reaches 30 days.....That would be somewhere around the 22nd. He was very familiar with Palisades though so perhaps that's a good thing.

Palisades is on list of the worst CAs. Im sure that any lawyer that has handled cases knows them well & would love to take any cases that they can get.

Yes they are. This place has screwed with the wrong SOB. I don't take bullying from anybody and I will take it as far as the courts will allow unless they go away and never come back. I'll keep updating this thread as new things happen and I will be glad to share info with anybody else who has issues with these people. Thanks Happy and good luck with yours as well!

Well I got a letter from the PA AG and the NJ BBB today. It's also day 29 of my 1st DV request. They have reported to all 3 bureaus now, and it looks like they verified with EX yesterday. Since they are collecting for an OC that has now removed 1 of the 2 accounts from my CR, I believe I will soon have enough to stick it to these scumbags.
