Mine has been the same ever since I signed up for it, which is about six months ago. I don't care for FAKO scores though. Like others have stated, I use it to monitor any account changes across all three bureaus. To me, that is worth $12.95 a month.
USAA are considered FAKO scores?

Yes, but you are getting reports from the 3 CRA's.

how accurate are these 3rd party reports compared to the one from the bureau?
I use USAA and have been getting their tri-bureau PLUS Score (their name for their FAKO) for about 2 or 3 years now. I got the RUDE awakening about the big difference between their reported scores and the true FICO scores, because I tried to get pre-approved based on the scores USAA said that I had...only to discover that there was a 40 point difference between EQ FICO and USAA's EQ FAKO....how embarrassing!!!
I keep the service for the same reasons others have mentioned, its great to get a 3-bureau report just to keep abreast on everything in my reports.
My scores have increased since I tried to get pre-approved 6 months ago and i have noticed that the difference between USAA's FAKO and FICO has decreased, but there is still a definite difference

I have found them to be exactly the same as the report from the CRA - just not as detailed at the account level. But the major items are there to see - acct balance, CL, date opened etc.
Just got my USAA monthly update today. The TU score increased by 4 points. No change in EQ or EXP
