I am looking to increase utilization. Can someone tell me of CCs, Store cards, etc that will issue larger Credit Limits? I am in the low 600s. Looking to increase score like everybody else.
Low 600s is a difficult spot to get high CLs. GE is good about giving CLIs every 4 months or so. DiscoverIT has been known to give decent limits now.

Increase or decrease? Generally decreasing is desirable.

One thing you might do is take a current copy of your report around to some local CUs, and ask them specifically what they can do to help you improve the situation.
I am thinking of CCs, consolidation loans, refinancing angles, and so on.
