FWIW no chat option anymore that I can find.  Maybe it's too early and chat isn't 24/7, but no amount of waiting for anything to change is working.  Adblock disabled.

Acording to a comment on this post, chat is only available 7am to 11pm EST.  I waited until 6:55am EST and the chat button did in fact pop up for me.

My chat is gone again as of today.  It's intermittent, though, but hasn't popped up at all in any browser, incognito or cognito.

I tried to pull up the chat, but it's nowhere to be found. i tried incognito also. anyone know how to pull up chat nowadays?

It pops up for me on just about every visit. Almost to the point it's annoying. I am logged in during this so I'm not sure if you are talking about being logged into your account or just visiting their site.
