Has anybody gotten a similar letter from Retrieval-Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc / (AMCA / American Medical Collections Agency).
It seems the idiots had their systems wide open and were leaking out SSN / Credit Card numbers from Aug 1, 2018 to March 30, 2019. According to the source blow approx 8 million customers might be affected. I had a small medical debt collection and somehow I'm part of the affectees as well, even though I'm hearing this Retrieval-Masters name for the first time (as the collection agency I'm dealing with is a completely different name, perhaps this is the parent company)
I'm fuming right now at the incompetency of big corporations. This and before this Equifax. The letter says they offer 'complimentary' 24 months credit monitoring but I wish these morons get sued to oblivion for not handling private information better.
Should I just freeze all my credit profiles?
