yes!  i just applied for the delta card with a 657 experian (641 transunion and 590 equifax) and got a $2000 limit.  i needed that kind of limit to put me at under 10% utilization, not to mention it is the highest credit card limit i have ever had!  thanks a lot, tuscani and all you guys for showing us how to play the game!
