Yeah that's fine and all, but at $40/mo I kind of expect things to continue to work. Call me crazy but maybe it's time that the FTC steps in and investigates the Fico monopoly. Especially if they are ok with providing subpar services because they have no competition.

I ended up calling MF customer service when mine was stuck. Though they found "nothing", my alerts did start coming through. I don't have the MF premium version. I use Experian's $24.99 variety.
