I recently disputed two collections that were on my report. TransUnion deleted the collections from the report back on 8/6. Today, I pulled my TransUnion through MyFICO and they're still showing. Panicked, I called TransUnion to inquire about them. They assured, repeatedly because I wouldn't let it go, that I had no collections on my report. How long does it take for MyFICO to get an accurate, recent look at my present report?
Thats very strange. The report should be acurate as of the day you pay for it. What is the date on the report?
The date of the report is today's date. That's why I'm not sure why it's not accurate.
Have you tried pulling from an outside source, like a CreditKarma, to see if the baddie didn't reappear (it happens).
Doesn't TU on myFICO only update evey quarter?

I have, no baddies appear on there.

That would makes sense then. Wish I would've known before I pulled the report. I'm obsessed, thanks to this forum, with what's on my reports. I have read somewhere that TU is a bit slow with updating, but I still assumed it would pull the latest info from TU. Thanks for the info.
Wow.....didn't know this.
But what's strange is that I've bought my TU report on here several times over the last 4 months, and it has always shown the changes that I made.....

maybe for the quarterly monitoring, but for a report that was paid for that day, it should be accurate on that day. I would contact myFICO customer service and ask for my money back.
I was specifically referring to the Quarterly Monitoring, not just a paid for report.
But because myFICO is a 3rd party report they can be less accurate and detailed than the one from the CRA directly. Many times it will show something that is NOT on the direct from the CRA report. Customer service can't fix that.
