In "MYFICO", there shows a negative 30 day late in my recent 3B report under Equifax. It is not correct so I went to dispute it but the online Equifax report used for disputes does not show it. Additionally, my standard score is 13 points higher on the web than on the MyFICO app.
Why? How can this be fixed? I'm paying for this service to maintain accuracy but its working AGAINST me. How can this be fixed?
* FICO Insight shows a DQ in the last 90 days. That's how I found out to look at my 3B then over to dispute, only to NOT see it...

Could you please explain what happend to you. I think I am in the same situation as you are. It is showing recent late in EQ which is not true. I ordered other 2 reports and there is nothing. I am not sure if it is EQ doing it or MyFICO showing some thing it is not there. I would love if you could share more information. Here is the post I made about my problem this morning.

I was monitoring my scores and noticed they were dropping even though I have very little usage and no late payments for years.
I have an old mortgage account that had zero reporting for years and suddenly the "MYFICO" app shows a late 3 months ago from Equifax. The other two agencies show nothing.
I chose to dispute it which takes me to the online web disputes. There, Equifax runs a report to then choose the record to dispute, but it's not there. So it is in "MYFICO" app but not on the web.
My EQ score online shows 13 points higher than the app based scores.
I'm worried this inaccuracy is hurting my scores but I can't dispute it. It's frustrating...
MyFICO doesn have hiccups at times. Call customer service and they can fix it. And you might get a free pull again.
