Have they tried billing you for a full monthly membership yet? If that happens, simply reference for them your cancellation email(s) and they'll give you a prompt refund.
Oh I don't care about getting a refund. I do use the account I just didn't want any future charges so I think I'll be fine with the prepaid card on there. Still got a few weeks left on this month.

For those of you that are saying that the number this thread references is providing you with a 1 hour wait time, please call one of the other 2 more common numbers are report back what the quoted wait time is there. If you hear wait time is "greater than 2 hours" at the other 2 numbers, while still ridiculously excessive it would mean that the wait time is half from the number provided in this thread. When I was getting quotes of 5-7 minutes from the number in this thread, quote times on the other numbers were always in the 30-60 minute range.
Another data point to add. I used the number provided in the first post of this thread at 4:45PM Eastern time today and there was literally ZERO wait time; the phone rang and was instantly picked up by a CSR. For S&Gs after cancelling, I tried calling the main CCT number and alternate number and both quoted a wait time of "greater than 1 hour and 30 minutes."
I don't know that I'd go that far. What do you suggest, just an online-only form? An email only takes 1-2 minutes to type up and fire off, so I wouldn't say that's "too slow."

Me too. I've cancelled 3x in the last month and had no waits using the number advertized on the website. YMMV, I guess.
