So just today I got my FICO 09 score from NFCU and it comes up as 754.
2 Questions:
It mentioned the range was 300-850, I thought the range for EQ F09 was up to 900?
Also, my report mentioned my BK13 still being on there, when I ordered my EQ F08 report just a few days ago and it had the BK13 off.
Any reason for this? I am guessing on the 2nd question that even though NFCU's score shows today's date, it was probably generated earlier than today.

Navy Federal soft pulls Equifax for Account Reviews on the fourth Tuesday of the preceding month. So for the May 7 Equifax FICO 9 score, the pull would have been made on April 28, 2020. Your Chapter 13 was probably still on your credit report on that date.
FICO 9 is intended to be the successor scoring model to FICO 8, they both have the same scoring range of 300-850.

Excellent, thank for the information @Anonymous !
@Anonymous do you happen to know where my score has to be with NFCU to see nice approval I've been a member for 2 years have cash rewards 3k limit never late. I started with the secured card then they unsecured it and gave me a 1k limit. I never requested a CLI they've just increase 1k every July automatically. Im thinking about going for more rewards next week just waiting on an update to my report. Insight PLEASE

@Anonymous NFCU looks at more than just your FICO score; they are more interested in your debt-to-income ratio. So its hard to say where you need to be to get a good approval.
Since you've been a member for more than 2 years I would first request a CLI on the Cash Rewards card. Ask for a $25,000 limit. Typically they would approve a 3X increase to $9,000 but since you've been a member for a while and never requested a CLI they might surprise you. Once you have the CLI then I would apply for the More Rewards card.
Thank you!
@Anonymous. One more thing is the cli a hp from EQ or TU?
@Anonymous
Normally it is TU. CLIs were a SP. But expect a HP regardless.

I guess I just assumed a request for a CLI would be the Equifax 9 since that's the score they are showing me in my account. But you're saying it's TU. What do they use the Equifax 9 for?

My experience (as well as many other forum members) has been TU9 for new account apps, EQ9 for CLIs. But really, they could use either for either purpose.
