Notices regarding the stimlus package!!

I just read that the IRS sent two notices regarding the stimulas package, one reminding you to file your taxes and another advising what you will receive.. Did anyone receive this???

I'm pretty sure we got a notice a few weeks back... I had thought we'd be getting $1500 back and was pleasantly suprised to see it'd be $1800.

So i guess i'm not receiving anything AGAIN!! I did get the first letter but not the second advising of an amount or a date... I wonder why!!!

We got 2 notices also, I thought they were the same thing.

I talked to IRS today and they said the second notice will go out a week before you get your rebate. ITS because they are mailing your refund to ya . If you got direct deposit then you wouldve got your second letter by now. If you used Turbotax, H&R block or other tax places then you wont get it direct deposited it will be mail only thats what the guy stated cuz I was like I didnt get my second letter and he said that letter will go out this week because you used Turbotax and your Rebate is getting mailed not direct deposited I was like whatever just send me some gas cards geez...

I did'nt get the second notice yet the IRS man said I would get it this week... Call them and they will look at your acct and tell you how its getting sent and if your getting a rebate the amount etc..
