PENFED Soft Pulls ??

Hey all. I joined PENFED 4 months ago almost and they posted my FICO NG score about two weeks later, from 03/01/16. What's odd is that I just pulled my full EQ report from Annual Credit Report and I don't see ANY SP from them at all. The FICO they have is from my HP for credit months back. I combed every soft pull on my EQ and PENFED has none, zero, zilch. Weird. Do SPs disappear ??

I'm expecting a SP around 6/1 and I want to make sure my score is maximized as possible especially if they only SP every three months as some seem to say (every quarter). PENFED reps are clueless and I got 3 answers from three reps. Typical !

Why don't I see any SP ? Do they truly only SP you every three months ? Can Anyone attest to this who has seen PENFED SPs? Do they soft any other bureau ? I'm told they only use Equfax period.

I'm new to Penfed, and what you're talking about has me interested. I hope someone with knowledge about this answers.

The SP's, scores and offers (if qualified) are quarterly.  It's not just some that say that.  That's how it is.  You'll see threads posted here and on other sites when when PenFed posts the scores (based on SP) and offers each quarter.  Last one that I see was done on 3/1.  I'd expect the next one to be done in June.  They're not always done on the first of the month though.  On top of that, the scores and offers aren't immediately posted either.

Takeshi thanks. But why don't I see a SP from them on my EQ report from 3/1?? Do SPs go away after some time? The only thing I see are two (yes two!) HP on 2/24 and 2/26. They pulled a second for my auto loan after saying they weren't going to and I never bothered fighting. Absolutely NO SP from PENFED on my report .... Very odd. I'll expect mine June as well but hope I can see them.

I just saw a AR SP from Penfed on EQ form May 31st. Not sure what this means.
