Paypal Credit alternative that does not report to CRA?

I was always intrigued by the concept of Paypal credit never reporting to the CRAs (credit reporting agencies).

Now I think that is no longer true. Is there another product like Paypal Credit that has the same basic features like:

1) deferred interest payments
2) NOT reporting to CRAs

I ha e the Oayoal credit opened 6/2019 with SL of $3,050. It always reports in my credit. Was this not the case in the past?

out of curiosity, Why would you want for it Not to report?

Credit reporting is a double edged sword. If you have a thin credit file, rebuilding etc, then it is beneficent to have it report to the CRAs.

However, it will also increase your utilization if it is reported to the CRAs . I dont want my utilization increased at this time.
