I have been receiving phone calls and letters from Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC for the past year.
They claim I owe a debt of $941 from 1994. That was almost 20 years ago. At the time I was living in California, and I now live in Oregon. Isn't there a statute of limitations on this type of debt? Please advise and thank you in advance
