Problems logging into EQ site?

I have not been able to log into the site for days, is anyone else having problems getting the log in page to show up?

According to their website they are upgrading the site.  They say at times logging on and manuvering the site could be slow.  That is an understatement.  I tried to logon the first night and finally gave up.  I did manage to logon last night but it did take longer.

The updates are supposed to be completed today.

I've been having trouble loggin on also.  I got a scorewatch alert and now I can't see it.

Yea, I got an alert to about a balance increase on my CC accound, and a score alert too because of it, and I know it went down, so I do not even know why I want to see it haha.

They have problems that they're working on, plus today they had to install the latest MS security junk. (I've been on the phone with them quite a bit.) No one does routine maintenance during the day, especially taking 5 days to do it. But it's sweet that they think that we'll believe it.

On Saturday, they had no record of my existence, but as of today, they're displaying my November report. But I still can't update it.

I think it's screwing things up in myFICO Scorewatch land, too.

I've been trying to get my wife's current report for 5 days now. I wonder if this has anything to do with it?

That probably is what is keeping you from doing it. I logged into mine and it has no record of me at all. So its all just screwed up. Sucks for those who pay monthly fees for unlimited access to reports etc.

I picked up a sub to Scorewatch off the Coastal Credit Union site for 7 bucks. Got to view the report no luck logging in since then. 24 hours huh? Gotta love Equifax. Not.

I finally got an updated report yesterday. But I had to call back again to the CS number (the one that goes until 3 a.m.) so that they could give me another temporary user name and password. Even when I put them in, it wouldn't "go", but after I started from scratch, I was back in. No clue as to which username and pw I'm currently under, though.

They sounded pretty frazzled both times I called, but they were very helpful.

PS: they seem very grateful when you're nice to them. CS at a credit service is on my list of "jobs I hope that I never have to work."

Congrats to EQ, their 24 hour slowdown is now into it's second full week. Did the Government take them over without telling us? My phone call today was answered by a  sweet, innocent (rather coke-headish) person that was so obviously tired of making excuses for the idiots she works for that I couldn't even get mad. Wished her luck and suggested Monster dot com to her. I don't think I'll pay for this "service" much longer.
